Abstract
José Manuel Lucía Megías, An army of lead soldiers: the printing press at the service of the arts and sciences. The analysis of the editing methods during the time of the printing press, from the author’s original to the changes that could take place through printing, is the only scienti?c methodology to undertake the modern edition of ancient texts. In this article some principles of textual bibliography are revised starting with experiences and examples from Hispanic literature
