Abstract

El trabajo analiza uno de los aspectos que se contienen en la reforma financiera americana operada en 2010 con la aprobación de la Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act: la erradicación del too big to fail mediante la creación de un procedimiento especial de liquidación de las grandes entidades financieras. ABSTRACT: The paper analyzes one of the aspects included in the American financial reform operated in 2010 with the approval of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act: the eradication of too big to fail by creating a special liquidation procedure for big financial companies.
