Abstract
Despite the fact that many years have elapsed since the “Muhammad cartoons” affaire aroused, the conflict continues both in specific violent events and in legal discussion. This presentation analyzes the presence of several constituents (globalization, religion and identity as choice) that shape the study of this issue in Social sciences and in the Law.
