Abstract

In this article account of the application of the method of the organizational representations occurs to the share capital of the organizations. It gathers between his results the changes in the social representations that the investigated individuals had on their labor relations. Also, innovating conclusions and proposals and of extreme interest for the human resources and the decision making of the organizations are formulated. En este artículo se da cuenta de la aplicación del método de las representaciones organizacionales al capital social de las organizaciones. Recoge entre sus resultados los cambios en las representaciones sociales que los individuos investigados tenían sobre sus relaciones laborales. También, se formulan unas conclusiones y unas propuestas innovadoras y de sumo interés para los recursos humanos y la toma de decisiones de las organizaciones.
