Abstract
Resumen: este capítulo analiza el papel de los acuerdos entre el Estado y los grupos religiosos (en particular, el borrador de acuerdo entre Eslovaquia y la Santa Sede) como instrumentos para solventar presentes o futuros problemas de objeción de conciencia religiosa. Abstract: this chapter explains the role of church-state agreements (in particular, the Slovak Draft-Agreement) in order to solve present or future legal issues concerning religious conscientious objection.
