Abstract

En las siguientes páginas se abordan los planteamientos docentes clásicos y los más innovadores en el marco del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior aplicados al aprendizaje y la investigación en Derecho Financiero y Tributario desde una perspectiva crítica. Se repasa la evolución doctrinal de la disciplina y se incluye un programa y bibliografía. Abstract: In the following pages the most classical and innovative principles in the framework of the European Higher Education Area are applied to the Financial and Tax Law, adopting a critical perspective. The evolution of the subject of study is reviewed and a programme with bibliographical references are included.
