Abstract
Uno de los regímenes económicos matrimoniales existentes actualmente en el Derecho Español, es el régimen económico matrimonial de gananciales, el cual reviste una gran importancia en el Derecho Español, debido a que se trata del régimen legal supletorio en los territorios de Derecho Común. En el marco de este régimen económico matrimonial, la regulación del Código Civil establece un modelo de administración, gestión y disposición de los bienes gananciales que presenta ciertas particularidades respecto a otras instituciones jurídicas de comunidad de bienes. ABSTRACT: Among the financial marriage rules regulated in Spanish Legal System, are the rules of the community property marital regime, which are really important in Spanish Law, due to the fact that these are the subsidiary financial marriage rules in the majority of Spanish married couples. Within the framework of these financial marriage rules, the regulation of the Civil Law lays down a model of administration and management of the community property marital assets with certain pecularities in relation to other community institutions.
