Abstract
En este trabajo se hace una introducción explicando la reforma económica de 1979 y su incidencia sobre el sistema financiero, se hace una descripción de los agentes e instituciones que lo constituyen, que son las entidades de crédito y los mercados y después se analizarán los aspectos en los que se debe centrar dicha reforma.
