Abstract
El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster pretende indagar en las características del emprendimiento social en jóvenes en estudios previso a los universitarios. Para ellos en primer lugar se plantea el marco teórico general, mediante la revisión de varios estudios que profundizan en el concepto de emprendimiento social. En un primer apartado analizamos la conceptualización del emprendimiento social. Para ello comenzamos revisando las características del emprendimiento, con independencia de su vertiente social, dado que diversos autores consideran que el emprendimiento social es una rama específica dentro del emprendimiento. Posteriormente, analizamos las concepciones erróneas del emprendimiento social y, por último, analizamos las características propias del emprendimiento social, buscando una conceptualización adecuada del mismo. En el siguiente apartado analizamos las diferencias entre emprendimiento clásico y emprendimiento social, buscando sus principales elementos diferenciadores. Por otra parte, nos centramos en el concepto de creación de valor social. Por último, dentro del marco teórico, analizamos las características y los comportamientos propios de los emprendedores sociales, buscando igualmente rasgos diferenciadores con respecto a otros tipos de emprendedores. En segundo lugar, presentamos el modelo de análisis que pretendemos llevar a cabo en nuestra investigación, esbozando las principales variables que vamos a emplear y establecemos las hipótesis que pretendemos verificar con el estudio empírico.
This research aims to investigate the characteristics of social entrepreneurship among young people in pre-university studies. A general theoretical framework is proposed, by reviewing several studies that explore the concept of social entrepreneurship. In the first section we analyze the conceptualization of social entrepreneurship. We will begin by reviewing the characteristics of entrepreneurship, regardless of its social aspect, since many authors consider that social entrepreneurship is a specific branch within entrepreneurship. Subsequently, we analyze the misconceptions of social entrepreneurship and, finally, we analyze the characteristics of social entrepreneurship as theorethical conceptualization. In the next section we analyze the differences between classical and social entrepreneurship, looking for their key differentiators. Moreover, we focus on the concept of social value creation. Finally, within the theoretical framework, we analyze the characteristics and behaviours of social entrepreneurs, also in compared to other profiles of entrepreneurs. Besides we present the analysis model we intend to conduct our research, outlining the key variables that we will use and establish the hypotheses we intend to verify in the empirical study.
