Abstract
The present research has been done as a viability study for an art education program addressed to Borderline Intellectual Functioning (BIF) people in the subject of healthy habits in the way is worked by the Promotion of Healthy Habits Centre (CPHS). These concepts are included in the ALAS project (Feeding, Sports and Health), that is developed in the centre and works with vulnerable population in terms of mental disabilities: mental disorder, Down syndrome and Borderline Intellectual Functioning. Therefore, the healthy feeding and sports will be the starting point to begin the work towards a wider health conception. Through visits and workshops planned in the Thyssen-Bornemisza Madrid Museum, that will be the main context for this project, and other workshops that will take place in the Centre, the environment that is usually in charge of health prevention, we will share meaningful experiences related to this healthy habits conception that are thought to raise. El arte y el museo como vehículo de experiencia en hábitos saludables para personas con FIL awareness in self-healthy and develop tools to detect health issues. With this program, we want to create a first link among the institutions, encouraging communication. This could be the seed of a professional network that connect people who will work in other projects and contexts inspired by this experience.
