Abstract
Communication is the basis for achieving public and private enterprising goals. This study evaluates the organizational process and concludes that communication plays a vital role, especially in an age when our information-driven society is ever more engaged – permanently and under multiple use cases. Information Communication Technologies (ITC), such as computers, interactive screens, mobile devices, and smartphones and tablets, has now become widespread and are no longer the exclusive domain of engineers and information technologists. The investigation also concludes that an organization’s intention to change is no longer sufficient, if it does not effectively communicate its message to its employees, energize them outside their contractual obligation, and satisfy their client and customer needs properly.
