Abstract
Focusing on dysphonia as a professional disease, it is defined as the professional use of voice, that functional system that is established between the individual and the environment when performing a work activity, which inescapably needs the voice as a working instrument, requiring him to adapt his Functions to the demands dictated by the labor circumstances. Such is the importance of the failure of this adaptation that the disorders derived from the same were included like professional disease in Spain in the year 2006.The situation of this professional disease in Spain is that of an annual increase, that is, in 2010 there were 105 registrations, in 2012, 137, in 2014, 167 and in 2015, 194. This disease, nodules Vocal cords, occupies fifth place of occupational diseases. Goals. Main objective: to find the variables that can predict the probability that certain working patients (primary and secondary school teachers) may have a vocal nodule. Secondary objectives: the search for those predictive factors that result from easy and quick application in a consultation of phoniatrics, trying to know if there are differences of vocal nodules taking into account the personal and labor variability of primary and secondary teachers, To try to know the time of appearance of vocal nodules in the teachers who attend a consultation of phoniatrics in order to apply early the appropriate preventive and therapeutic measures and to try to determine the possibility that the dysphonia meets conditions similar to those of Vocal nodule that allows to think that, equally, can be considered like professional disease...
