Abstract
Los medios de comunicación se muestran cada vez más concienciados con los diferentes asuntos que preocupan a la sociedad. Uno de ellos es la violencia de género, tema al que dedican cada vez más espacios propios fuera de los telediarios habituales. Pero no siempre se trata de una forma correcta y suelen caer en tópicos y estereotipos que han estado presentes a lo largo de la historia y que aún se mantienen en el siglo XXI, haciendo que la violencia de género no alcance una visibilidad completa y que se presente como el grave problema que supone no solo para los que la sufren y la ejercen, sino también para toda la sociedad, pues en ello se ven involucrados la Administración, la Sanidad, la Justicia y la Educación. Por ello es importante formar a buenos profesionales que sepan tratar correctamente este tema para que suponga una denuncia del maltrato a la mujer y un rechazo a los maltratadores, creando así un impacto y una concienciación de la sociedad.
The media are becoming more and more aware of the different issues that concern society. One of them is the violence of gender, subject to which they dedicate more and more own spaces outside the usual television news. But it is not always a correct way and they often fall into topics and stereotypes that have been present throughout history and that still remain in the XXI century, making gender violence not reach full visibility and that are Present as the serious problem that involves not only those who suffer and exercise it, but also for the whole of society, as it involves the Administration, Health, Justice and Education. It is therefore important to train good professionals who know how to correctly treat this issue so that it involves a report of mistreatment of women and a rejection of abusers, thus creating an impact and awareness of society.
