Abstract
Es necesario un cambio del paradigma de cuidado en la enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal, que reoriente los sistemas de salud hacia el tratamiento continuado e integral de estos pacientes crónicos mediante el uso de las Tecnologias de la Informacion y Comunicación (TIC). METODOLOGÍA: Estudio observacional retrospectivo de la actividad telemática realizada por enfermería en una unidad integral dedicada a la atención de los pacientes con enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal (enfermedad de Crohn y colitis ulcerosa). MUESTRA DE PACIENTES: Se considera muestra universal sometida a estudio, a la conformada por todos los pacientes con diagnóstico de enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal (EII) que acudieron a consultas externas de la unidad monográfica de EII del servicio de aparato digestivo del Hospital Universitario de La Princesa, en el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de enero del año 2009 y el 31 de diciembre del año 2011...
A change is necessary in the paradigm of care for Inflamatory Bowel Disease. Which re-orient the systems of healthcare towards a continued and integral treatment of these chronic patients with the usage of Information Technology. METHODOLOGY An obervational retrospective study of the telematic activity realized by nursing of a dedicated integral unit for the care of patients with Intestinal Bowel Disease (Crohn´s disease and ulcerative colitis. SAMPLE OF PATIENTS What is considered a universal simple submitted to a study, that which is made up of patients with the diagnosis of Inflamatory Bowel Disease (IBD) which attended external outpatient consultations of the monograghic unit of IBD of the Digestive service of the Hospital Universitario de La Princesa, in the period of time spaning from the 1st of January 2009 and the 31st of December 2011.
