Abstract
Este trabajo trata sobre la comunicación intercultural en el ámbito educativo universitario, en el caso concreto de los alumnos extranjeros, chinos en particular en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. A lo largo de la historia, el encuentro de las diversas culturas se ha aportado el estudio de la comunicación intercultural y ha sido un tema importante y valiosa. Los flujos de estudiantes internacionales constituyen la transformación del sistema educativo superior en el contexto de la globalización. Sin embargo, surge problemas por las diferencias culturas que afecta la comunicación intercultural y el aprendizaje. Se platea la metodología cualitativa a través de hacer entrevistas con los alumnos y los profesores de nacionalidades españolas y extrajeras con el objetivo de estudiar la comunicación intercultural y su influencia en el aprendizaje en la comunidad universitaria. En el análisis de las entrevistas se muestran los resultados de cuáles son las expectativas, dificultades, aprendizaje y problemas que se encuentran los alumnos extranjeros, cuáles son las diferencias y cómo son las relaciones personales entre todos los alumnos y los profesores.
La comunicación es fundamental para la integración, y con este trabajo se ha observado que existen problemas en el sistema educativo español en general y en la comunidad UCM en particular. Se pretende concienciar a la administración educativa la situación actual y aportar recomendaciones posibles para facilitar y mejor la comunicación intercultural en el ámbito educativo.
This work is about intercultural communication in the university educational field, in the specific case of foreign students, Chinese in particular at the Complutense University of Madrid. Throughout history, the encounter of diverse cultures has contributed to the study of intercultural communication and has been an important and valuable topic. lnternational student flow constitutes the transformation of the higher education system in the context of globalization. However, problems arise due to cultural differences that affect intercultural communication and learning. The qualitative methodology is plated through interviews with students and teachers of Spanish and foreign nationalities in order to study intercultural communication and its influence on learning in the university community. In the analysis of the interviews, it shows the results of what are the expectations, difficulties, learning and problems that foreign students meet, what are the differences and how are the personal relationships between all students and teachers. Communication is essential for integration, and with this work it has been observed that there are problems in the Spanish education system in general and in the UCM community in particular. lt is intended to raise awareness of the educational administration about the current situation and provide possible recommendations to facilitate and better the intercultural communication in the educational field.
