Abstract
En julio-agosto de 2019, se evaluaron las situaciones de violencia y tortura a consecuencia de la travesía y de las deportaciones ilegales sufridas por migrantes en el tramo de Bosnia-Herzegovina a Croacia. 54 migrantes en situación irregular y en tránsito hacia Europa fueron evaluados. Atendiendo a los datos obtenidos, los migrantes y refugiados en situación irregular son personas vulnerables a la violencia institucional perpetrada por los agentes fronterizos en Croacia. Por la condición de irregularidad migratoria en la que se encuentran no es posible que formulen una denuncia de la violación de Derechos Humanos sufridos, ni que denuncien la ausencia de derecho para solicitar asilo ni las deportaciones ilegales.
