Abstract
El objetivo de este proyecto es analizar las causas por las que los potenciales usuarios de la Biblioteca no acceden a los recursos y servicios que ésta oferta. Para ello, en este trabajo investigamos las necesidades de formación de los usuarios y los problemas que se encuentran para acceder a estos recursos.
The aim of this project is to analyse the reasons why potential Library users do not access the resources and services that it offers. To this end, we investigated the training needs of users and the problems encountered when they access these resources.
