Fusiones y otros medios de reestructuración como medio de evitar el concurso de una entidad de crédito

Abstract

El trabajo recopila las medidas adoptadas desde el comienzo de la crisis que afectan al sector bancario para, a raíz de las mismas y de la situación actual de las instituciones de crédito en España, realizar algunas consideraciones sobre la posibilidad de declarar en concurso de acreedores a una entidad de crédito y el famoso aforismo too big to fail. ABSTRACT This paper summarizes the measures taken in Spain since the beginning of the crisis affecting the banking system. Taking into account these measures and the current situation of credit institutions in Spain, the author makes some considerations about the possibility of opening an insolvency procedure on one of these institutions and the famous aphorism too big to fail.
