Abstract
El presente trabajo resume los cambios introducidos en los ordenamientos inglés, americano y español tras las recientes modificaciones producidas en pro de una mayor transparencia en las retribuciones de los consejeros y concretamente en la votación consultiva sobre el informe de retribuciones. ABSTRACT: This paper summarizes the changes introduced in English, American and Spanish regulations after the current modifications in favour of more transparency in the remuneration of the company directors, and specifically those alterations which affect the non-binding vote of the annual directors’ remuneration report
