Abstract
El objetivo principal de este trabajo es la investigación, aplicación y combinación de técnicas de clasificación y reconocimiento de patrones, para procesar la información disponible sobre el comportamiento de usuarios, en el entorno de la Web en la administración pública y en particular del INE.
