Abstract
This paper describes a practical application of fuzzy logic about estate valuation: the REV software tool. Its main goal is to show an alternative way to evaluate the value of appraisal. This alternative consists of making a previous classification of the universe of discourse, that is, the set of potential buyer. REV makes a different evaluation per each class according to their preferences. The tool is developed in Java in a fuzzy framework by means of XFuzzy and it is the continuation of [7].
