Abstract
La reciente jurisprudencia del Tribunal de Justicia resulta clave en la interpretación de las reglas de competencia judicial internacional en los litigios relativos a la tutela de los derechos de propiedad intelectual en Internet. La sentencia Hejduk resulta de particular interés con respecto a la concreción del fuero del lugar de daño como criterio atributivo de competencia en ese sector.

The recent case-law of the Court of Justice of the EU has become of great importance for the application of the common international jurisdiction rules to disputes regarding the protection of intellectual property rights with regard to Internet activities. The Hejduk judgment is of particular significance with respect to the determination of the forum of the place of the damage as a basis to assume jurisdiction in this area.
