Abstract
Esta tesis doctoral analiza la gestión del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial en España de manera global, comenzando por su conceptualización. Se realiza un repaso por la legislación que lo rige y las iniciativas que pretenden su salvaguarda, ambas desde la perspectiva internacional, estatal y autonómica. En esos dos casos, además, se incluyen varios ejemplos extranjeros. Se profundiza en algunos de sus principales instrumentos de gestión, como los inventarios de PCI y las declaraciones de Bien de Interés Cultural, y se exponen algunas experiencias de difusión y sensibilización. La tesis finaliza con la invención de un territorio ficticio en el que se desarrolla un ejemplo utópico de gestión del Patrimonio Inmaterial, abordando su normativa y sus sistemas de patrimonialización...
This PhD thesis analyzes the Intangible Cultural Heritage management in Spain as a whole, beginning with its conceptualization. I present an evaluation of the legislation that rules it and I describe the initiatives that seek its protection, both from an international, national and regional perspective. Moreover, several foreign examples are included in these two cases. I delve into some of its key management instruments such as ICH inventories and cultural interest statements, and I also expose some experiences of dissemination and awareness. This thesis concludes with the invention of a imaginary region in which a utopian example of Intangible Heritage management is developed, explaining its regulations and heritagisation systems...
