Este artículo hace un estudio comparativo entre dos manifestaciones artísticas distantes geográfica y temporalmente, la escultura japonesa del periodo Kamakura y la imaginería del barroco español, pero próximas en sus correspondientes contextos espirituales y sociales.
This article traces a comparative study between the Japanese sculpture made in the Kamakura period and the Spanish baroque imagery. These are two artistic manifestations quite distant geographically and temporally, but close in the social and spiritual contexts.
