Analizar los cambios refractivos y topográficos tras una cirugía de cataratas con incisión pequeña e incisión accesoria e investigar, sabido el astigmatismo corneal pre y post quirúrgico, los ejes donde se han practicado tanto la incisión principal como la paracentesis, si ésta última ha podido inducir astigmatismo. Valorar si la paracentesis es astigmática bien por sí misma o bien en función de factores como su relación con la incisión principal, tipo de astigmatismo corneal prequirúrgico o cuantía del mismo...
Analyze the refractive and topographic changes after a cataract surgery with small incision and accessory incision and investigate, known the corneal astigmatism before and after surgery, the axes where both the main incision and the paracentesis have been practiced, if the latter has been able to induce astigmatism.
