Abstract
Actualmente, ante el uso cada vez mayor de los opioides menores en los pacientes con dolor agudo, se ha decidido revisar la eficacia de estos fármacos en este tipo de dolor, concretamente el empleo de opioides por diferentes vías de administración. Este trabajo se centra en el uso del tramadol como potente analgésico y sus posibles efectos adversos (dependencia).
Today, with the increasing use of opioids in patients with acute pain, it has decided to review the effectiveness of these drugs in this type of pain, specifically the use of opioids for different routes of administration.
