Abstract
Este Proyecto de innovación docente se enfoca a futuros maestros que realizan sus prácticas Erasmus+ en otros países europeos, en un contexto adecuado para crear experiencias interculturales en el aula. Los estudiantes se preparan durante unos talleres que enfocan las dimensiones de la multiculturalidad, las exigencias académicas y las actividades artísticas, tales como la música vocal y las artes plásticas. Se les dan las herramientas y el apoyo necesario para que desarrollen una apreciación de su propia cultura para que puedan ser conscientes de la diversidad y el enriquecimiento cultural. Se les orienta hacia una práctica reflexiva de la observación activa en el aula y una consciencia de la inherente competencia europeísta (Asenjo, 2015), y hacia las competencias clave para el aprendizaje permanente. Se enfocan las nuevas tecnologías para la tutorización a distancia y la creación de materiales para la educación inclusiva (DUA/CAST). Las últimas revelaciones en neurociencia (Bueno I Torrens, 2019) indican que las artes son fundamentales en el desarrollo de experiencias de aprendizaje significativas. En el proceso de aprender a enseñar sobre su propia cultura, los futuros maestros desarrollan una apreciación multicultural más profunda que luego pueden transmitir a sus propios alumnos en el aula. Por otra parte, elaboran una bitácora y una video narrativa que conlleva una personalización de su propio aprendizaje/enseñanza. Se recogen datos sobre la consciencia intercultural y las actividades a través de cuestionarios y análisis de las memorias de prácticas y temas del trabajo fin de grado. Las prácticas pedagógicas efectivas en las artes apoyan una educación en valores a través de una apreciación de la diversidad, tolerancia, respeto y enriquecimiento mutuo.
This innovation project focuses on future teachers who carry out their Erasmus+ Practicum in other European countries, within an adequate context for developing intercultural experiences in the classroom. The student teachers are prepared for this through a series of workshops focusing on the dimensions of multiculturality, academic requirements and artistic activities through vocal music and visual arts. They are provided with the tools and support necessary to develop an appreciation of their own culture and thus become aware of cultural diversity and enrichment. They are oriented towards reflective practice for active observation in the classroom and a consciousness of a Europeistic competence (Asenjo, 2015), which is inherent along with the key competences for lifelong learning. There is a focus on new technologies both for distance tutoring and creation of materials for inclusive education (DUA/CAST). The latest studies in education and neuroscience (Bueno I Torrens, 2019) indicate that the arts are fundamental in creating significant learning experiences. By learning to teach about their own culture, these future teachers develop a deeper multi-dimensional appreciation which they can transmit to their own pupils in the classroom. On the other hand, there is a personalization of their own learning/teaching through the elaboration of field notebooks and a video narrative of their individual experiences. Data is collected through surveys/questionnaires, to find out the results of intercultural awareness and activities, as analyzed in their student teaching reports and end of degree dissertation topics. Effective pedagogical practices through the arts can support an education in values through the appreciation of diversity, tolerance, respect and mutual enrichment.
