Abstract
Esta tesis doctoral se inscribe en la corriente de estudios que tratan sobre la “memoria” y las “memorias de la violencia” en escenarios de posconflicto, como iniciativa para contribuir a la construcción de una cultura de paz, para que los hechos que han causado dolor y sufrimiento a una sociedad no se repitan. Tiene como objetivo general reconstruir las memorias “políticas” de los exiliados de la izquierda peruana –asilados y refugiados– en España como consecuencia del conflicto armado interno. Estas memorias se remontan a la década de 1960 cuando en Perú tuvo lugar la insurgencia guerrillera del Movimiento de Izquierda Revolucionaria (MIR) liderado por Luis de la Puente Uceda y Guillermo Lobatón, dando lugar a un período de auge y radicalización de los partidos de izquierda marxista. A su vez, están conectadas a otras memorias más recientes, relacionadas a la “lucha armada” emprendida a inicios de la década de 1980 por el Partido Comunista Peruano-Sendero Luminoso (PCP–SL) y el Movimiento Revolucionario Túpac Amaru (MRTA), ambas facciones pertenecientes al movimiento comunista y socialista revolucionario peruano, respectivamente...
This doctoral thesis is part of the stream of studies dealing with "memory" and "memories of violence" in post-conflict scenarios, as an initiative to contribute to the construction of a culture of peace, so that the events that have caused pain and suffering to a society do not recur. Its general objective is to reconstruct the "political" memories of the exiles of the Peruvian left –asylees and refugees– in Spain as a consequence of the internal armed conflict. These memories go back to the 1960s, when the guerrilla insurgency of the Revolutionary Left Movement (MIR), led by Luis de la Puente Ucedaand Guillermo Lobaton, took place in Peru, giving rise to a period of boom and radicalization of the Marxist left parties. At the same time, they are connected to other more recent memories, related to the "armed struggle" undertaken at the beginning of the 1980s by the Peruvian Communist Party-Shining Path (PCP–SL) and the TupacAmaru Revolutionary Movement (MRTA), both factions belonging to the Communist Movement and the Peruvian Socialist Revolutionary Movement, respectively...
