Abstract
Objetivo general Evaluar mediante CFD los parámetros claves de la irrigación (flujo, velocidad, tensión cortante y presión apical) con presión positiva mediante aguja de salida lateral, con y sin aspiración coadyuvante, en anatomías reales de raíces mesiales de molares inferiores humanos con istmo completo a diferentes alturas obtenidas a partir de microCT. Objetivos específicos - Analizar los parámetros básicos de la irrigación con aguja de presión positiva mediante CFD en istmos completos en istmos apical y medio. - Comparar los parámetros básicos de la irrigación con presión positiva con los obtenidos al combinarse con aspiración coadyuvante mediante cánulas de presión negativa (macrocánula de Endovac, iNP y cánula de Coltene) en istmos a distintas alturas.
