Abstract
Objetivo principal Comparar la eficacia de los procedimientos de aumento de volumen de tejido blando utilizando el injerto de tejido autógeno frente a una matriz de colágeno, para obtener un mayor grosor de la mucosa dos años después de la colocación de la restauración final. Objetivos secundarios - Determinar si el uso de la matriz de colágeno presenta algún efecto adverso a corto y medio plazo. - Comparar la salud periimplantaria en función del material empleado para el aumento. - Valorar la cantidad de encía queratinizada neoformada en función del grupo de estudio. - Determinar cuál de los dos materiales de injerto proporciona mejores parámetros estéticos. - Establecer qué material es mejor valorado por el paciente. - Concretar el ahorro medio en tiempo al utilizar una matriz de colágeno
