Abstract
La creación de esta web nace con la necesidad de mejorar la gestión de usuarios y eventos dentro de un colectivo de voluntarios como es el del club Atlético de Madrid. El objetivo principal es crear un sitio en el cual poder generar eventos de forma automática. En este caso un evento se crea cuando se requiere la presencia del colectivo de voluntarios, por lo que cada evento va asociado a un lugar y una fecha concretos. Los eventos se envían como cuestionario a los voluntarios para obtener la información de quién puede o no asistir al mismo. Esto se hace a través de formularios de google personalizados con los datos necesarios para cada evento. Una vez obtenidos los resultados de los asistentes, se crea un evento a través de una aplicación de gestión de eventos y sus correspondientes entradas, para así saber con exactitud el número de acreditaciones necesarias para poder entrar al recinto correspondiente. De esta forma también se sabe los voluntarios que, habiendo confirmado, no asistieron al evento. Todos los datos serán almacenados en una base de datos para poder ser consultados y visualizados por los usuarios en la web. Otro de los objetivos es tener un mayor control sobre las personas que forman parte del colectivo y poder gestionar de una forma más directa y ágil los distintos perfiles de usuario. Por tanto, hay dos apartados principales, la gestión de eventos y la de usuarios. Cada uno de ellos se explicará en detalle en los siguientes apartados.
The creation of this website was born with the need to improve the management of users and events within a group of volunteers of Atlético de Madrid club. The main objective is to create a site in which to generate events automatically. In this case, an event is created when the presence of the group of volunteers is required, each event is associated with a specific place and date. The events send a questionnaire to the volunteers to obtain the information of who can or cannot attend the event. This is done by itself through personalized google forms with the necessary data for each event. Once the results of the attendees have been obtained, an event is created through eventbrite to manage the volunteers who will attend each event and thus know exactly the number of accreditations necessary to enter the corresponding venue. In this way it is also known the volunteers who, having confirmed, did not attend the event. All data will be stored in a database to be consulted and viewed by users on the web. Another objective is to maintain greater control over the people who are part of the group and to be able to manage the different user profiles in a more direct and agile way. Therefore, there are two main sections, event management and user management. Each of them will be explained in detail in the following sections.
