Abstract
Este trabajo incia una serie de artículos que se enfrentan a una compleja cuestión como es la responsabilidad internacional del individuo; por ello, con la presente contribución se tratará de esbozar un primer escenario de problemas y desafíos que en la actualidad se ciernen sobre este principio de derecho internacional nacido, prácticamente, de las cenizas se la Segunda Guerra Mundial.
