Abstract
Entre las virtudes de la Agenda 2030 se encuentra la de tratar de dar una respuesta más comprehensiva y urgente a los desafíos que plantea un mundo cada vez más complejo y cambiante. Este propósito ha llevado a poner en el centro de la agenda la dimensión cooperativa entendiendo que, en un mundo globalizado e interdependiente, será imposible abordar los desafíos planteados si no es articulando distintas formas de respuestas concertadas. Sin embargo, aunque esta dimensión cooperativa es ineludible para lograr las metas que se propone, la consecución de esta agenda parece requerir también avances en una dimensión más conflictiva, que ha ocupado un espacio residual hasta la fecha. El presente artículo aborda esta cuestión, analizando algunos ámbitos clave en los que será necesario asumir lógicas conflictivas y las implicaciones políticas e institucionales que debieran derivarse de ello en el futuro.
Among the virtues of the 2030 Agenda is that of trying to provide a more comprehensive and urgent response to the challenges raised by an increasingly complex and changing world. This purpose has led to putting the cooperative dimension at the centre of the agenda understanding that, in a globalized and interdependent world, it will be impossible to address the challenges posed if it is not by articulating different forms of concerted responses. However, although this cooperative dimension is unavoidable to achieve the goals set, achieving this agenda also seems to require progress in a more conflictive dimension, that has occupied a residual space to date. This article addresses this issue, analysing some key areas in which it will be necessary to assume conflicting logics and the political and institutional implications that should derive from it in the future.
