Abstract
En el marco de una concepción de la autoridad política que Lutero fundamenta directamente en Dios y considera, por tanto, como una obra nueva, el teólogo alemán analiza las relaciones del cristiano con la autoridad, en donde destaca no sólo su deber de obediencia y su renuncia a la resistencia, sino también la disposición de éste a ejercer cargos de autoridad, con todo lo que este implique.
In the context of a political authority concept that Martin Luther bases directly on God’s will, the German theologian explains the critical relationship of the Christians to the authority, whereby he underlines the Christian duty of complying with the laws without any possibility of disobeying them and the willingness of the Christian to take on positions of authority.
