Esta investigación se inserta dentro de los estudios trasnacionales entre Italia y España en el contexto de la segunda posguerra mundial, en los que quiere participar y presentar una nueva vía de aproximación, en este caso apoyándose en las revistas especializadas (o no siempre) en arte, arquitectura y cultura. El objetivo ha sido detectar y estudiar el interés que desde Italia se demostró, y su posterior recepción, al arte y a la cultura españolas a través del análisis crítico de un abundante número de artículos publicados en un conjunto de revistas publicadas en la península italiana en el intervalo 1945-1951.El papel dado a las revistas, unido al estudio bibliográfico, ha permitido apuntar y abundar en algunas zonas grises de este periodo histórico, en el cual Italia inicia su época democrática y España se encuentra inserta en un aislamiento internacional...
This doctoral dissertation addresses Italy’s interest for the Spanish art and culture, and its subsequent reception through the critical analysis of a large number of selected articles published in a set of Italian magazines in the interval 1945-1951. This research has been developed within the frame of transnational studies between Italy and Spain in the context of the Second World War, a field in which it wants to participate by presenting a new approach focused in the role of the specialized press and the art critic.The role given to the magazines in this research, together with a deep bibliographic study, has allowed us to point out and fill some important and crucial gaps in this historical period, in which Italy begins its democratic era and Spain finds itself inserted in an international isolation...
