Abstract
Se estudia la adaptación de puestos de trabajo que debe llevar a cabo el empresario como parte de la obligación de seguridad y salud, cuando quien va a prestar servicios es un trabajador con una discapacidad mental o problema de salud mental grave.
Este colectivo de trabajadores es uno de los que más le cuesta entrara en el mundo laboral pese a que su inserción laboral puede ser muy beneficiosa para su patología.
En el estudio se analizan las diversas medidas necesarias y la conclusión es que estos trabajadores precisan para que su inclusión laboral sea efectiva la puesta en marcha de diversas medidas de distinto calado.
Asimismo, se indica que nuestro ordenamiento jurídico no está adaptado a las necesidades de Seguridad y Salud de estos trabajadores.
The adaptation of jobs that the employer must carry out as part of the health and safety obligation is studied when the worker who is going to provide services is a worker with a mental disability or serious mental health problem. This group of workers is one of those who find it most difficult to enter the world of work despite the fact that their integration into the labour market can be very beneficial for their pathology. The study analyses the various measures needed and concludes that these workers require the implementation of various measures of different depths in order for their inclusion in the labour market to be effective. It also indicates that our legal system is not adapted to the Health and Safety needs of these workers.
