Abstract
Se analiza el patronazgo de diferentes santos relacionados con el mundo del libro en las Edades Media y Moderna, descartándose las atribuciones más genéricas para centrarse en aquellos que tuvieron relación real con la fabricación y uso del libro o fueron elegidos como santos patronos por los diversos gremios y oficios vinculados al libro.

The patronage of different saints related to the world of books in the Middle and Modern Ages is examined, discarding the more generic attributions to focus on those who had a real relationship with the manufacture and use of books or who were chosen as patron saints by the various guilds and crafts linked to books.
