Abstract
El propósito del trabajo es dar a conocer y reflexionar sobre los resultados de una encuesta a mujeres víctimas de violencia de género. Para ello se parte del análisis de los usos políticos y de activismo feminista que muestran las usuarias encuestadas de las páginas web dedicadas a la lucha contra la violencia hacia las mujeres. En el análisis posterior se contemplan tres hipótesis centradas, respectivamente, en las brechas digitales, los procesos de victimización y, por último, el impacto de Internet como herramienta de activismo. Se concluye destacando el impacto del uso de las nuevas tecnologías por parte de las cibercomunidades feministas y se propone un incremento del debate de la interactividad comunicativa frente al flujo de información a fin de resituar los efectos de la agencia política de las víctimas de violencia de género desde el punto de vista del activismo feminista.
The purpose of the article is to make the results of a survey conducted to gender-based violence victims known as well as to reflect on those results. In orden to do so, the political use of the feminist activism shown by the users of the feminist webs dedicated to the fight against gender-based violence is taking as a starting point. Three hypotheses are developed and throught these hypotheses the digital breach, the victimization process and the impact of internet as an activism tool are addressed. As a result the impact of the use of new technologies by the feminist cybercomunities is argued and a new increase on the debate and interactivity concerning the activism proposals is put forward diminishing at the same time the overload of information flux. These proposals are intended to resituate the effects of the gender-based victims political agency in the general context of the feminist activism.
