Abstract
El objetivo de este artículo es identificar los factores que influyen en el riesgo de caer en el desclasamiento social educativo en España, en el seno de la cohorte de treintañeros con título superior y en el contexto actual de crisis económica. A partir de los datos de la Encuesta de Condiciones de Vida (ECV) de 2011, se ha realizado una regresión logística multinomial con la cual se examinan los parámetros para la población de 30 a 39 años con título superior. Las estimaciones indican que el título universitario es el principal protector contra el riesgo de caer en el desclasamiento social educativo, aunque éste no actúa por sí solo, sino que entra en interacción con otros tipos de factores.
The objective of this article is to identify the factors that influence the risk of falling into socio-educational downclassing in the cohort of thirty-year-old with a higher degree in Spain, in the current context of economic crisis. Based on the 2011 Living Conditions Survey (LCS) data, a multinomial logistic regression was performed with which we examined the parameters for the population aged from 30 to 39 years with a higher degree. Estimates indicate that the university degree is the main protector against the risk of falling into socio-educational downclassing, although it does not act on its own, but interacts with other types of factors.
