Abstract
Este documento se entrega como informe final del trabajo realizado en el ámbito de la asignatura de Sistemas Informáticos correspondiente a la titulación de Ingeniero en Informática de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid en el curso 2004-2005.
El trabajo ha consistido en la participación en un proyecto "e-learning". Este proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar una herramienta de autoría de objetos de aprendizaje con funcionalidades independientes de las versiones de los estándares, de forma que sea capaz de tratar con objetos de aprendizaje implementados siguiendo distintas versiones.
Concretamente se trabajará con el aspecto del empaquetamiento de objetos de aprendizaje, tomando comoestándar básico de trabajo el "IMS CONTENT PACKAGING".
Además del desarrollo de la herramienta de autoría, el proyecto tendrá como objetivo el desarrollo de dos módulos avanzados: composición de objetos de aprendizaje y evaluación de calidad de los mismos. Cabe destacar, lo innovador de estos dos aspectos pues las herramientas existentes en el mercado no admiten este tipo de funcionalidades.
El proyecto está encuadrado en el Departamento de Sistemas Informáticos y Programación de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, bajo la dirección del Profesor Antonio Sarasa Cabezuelo.
En este documento se describirá en qué consiste el proyecto LOMEditor 2005, se detallará el trabajo realizado por los alumnos y se expondrán los resultados obtenidos.

This document is being delivered as a final report describing the work developed in the scope of the subject Sistemas Informáticos under the Ingeniero en Informática degree delivered by thr Complutense University at Madrid during the 2004-2005 terms.
The work performed has consisted in assisting in a research project in the field of e-learning. The main object of this project has been developed a Learning Object Authoring Tool with services no fixed to a concrete standard, so it may work with learning objects implemented following differents versions.
Specifically, the work developed will involved the packaging of learning objects, taking as basic the standard of work of th "IMS CONTENT PACKAGING".
Besides de development of the authoring tool, the project will have the aim of developing two advanced modules: learning object composition and assessment. It should to be mentioned the innovation of this two aspects taking in account that none of the current commercial tools allow this kind of work with learning objects.
The project exits within the SIP Department from the Complutense University at Madrid, under the direction of professor Antonio Sarasa.
This document will describe what the LOMEditor 2005 initiative is about and which tasks were performed by the students. Finally, the obtained results will be discussed.
