Abstract
El desarrollo del psiquismo en el niño está íntimamente condicionado por las experiencias relacionales tempranas. La infancia es un periodo crítico para la adquisición de los vínculos emocionales y cognitivos que permiten la estructuración de la personalidad (Winnicott, 1987; Bowlby, 1973-89; Shore, 1994, 2001; Fonagy y Target, 2001). El estudio de factores de riesgo, definidos como una característica, experiencia, o evento que, si está presente, se asocia con un incremento en la probabilidad de que un resultado particular ocurra sobre la base de la proporción de aparición de ese resultado en la población general, en el campo de la salud mental se ha desarrollado principalmente en los países anglosajones y nórdicos y principalmente para el estudio de los denominados trastornos mentales graves. Estos estudios son muy escasos en población española a pesar de su relevancia en el conocimiento etiológico del trastorno mental y la posible aplicación preventiva...
The development of the psyche in the child is closely conditioned by early relational experiences. Childhood is a critical period for the acquisition of cognitive and emotional ties that allow the structuring of personality (Winnicott, 1987; Bowlby, 1973-89; Shore, 1994, 2001; Fonagy and Target, 2001).
