Abstract
Esta tesis doctoral, tiene como objeto formal de investigación la comunicación de las ONG a través de su sitio web, una de las herramientas fundamentales para compartir con la sociedad: las acciones que realizan como medio de transformación y mejora de la sociedad; sus necesidades, tanto eco-nómicas, humanas, materiales y/o tecnológicas; y su transparencia y uso de buenas prácticas en todo lo que les concierne.Se han identificado las diferentes tipologías de ONG teniendo en cuenta su presupuesto ejecutado y el número de personas contratadas y voluntarias, con el fin de analizar las diversas configuraciones que presentan las ONG en la gestión de su sitio web. This doctoral thesis has the objective of researching the strategy of communication of NGOs through their website, one of the necessary tools used to share with society: their actions performed in order to transform and make a better world; their economic, human, material and/or technological needs; and their transparency and their Best Practices in what concerns them. In order to analyse the different configurations presented by NGOs in the management of their website, different types of structure have been identified taking into account their budget and the number of employees and volunteers.
